👋 Meet Shane

Hi, I’m Shane — a caregiver, advocate, and founder of Shane’s Helping Hands.

This journey began when my sister and I became full-time caregivers for our mother. We quickly realized how overwhelming it can be to manage doctor visits, medications, paperwork, and daily care — especially when you’re doing it all out of love, but without a roadmap.

That’s why I created this space: to share what we’ve learned, offer practical tools, and support others walking a similar path. I’m not a licensed medical or legal professional — just someone who’s been there, and who wants to help others feel less alone.

🛒 Grocery Help with Heart

I offer respectful, reliable grocery delivery and shopping support for seniors and caregivers in our community. Whether it’s a quick pickup or a full shopping trip, I’m here to help — with kindness and care.

  • ✔️ Basic Delivery: $6–$10 — Pickup and drop-off of prepaid orders
  • ✔️ Standard Shopping Trip: $15 — I shop from your list and deliver
  • ✔️ Extended Trip: $20–$25 — Multiple stores or large orders
  • ✔️ Monthly Package: $60 — Up to 4 trips/month, includes reminders

🏡 Household Help with Heart

I offer respectful, reliable household support for seniors and caregivers in our community. Whether it’s tidying up, cooking a meal, or running errands, I’m here to help — with kindness and care.

  • ✔️ Light Housekeeping: $15–$18/hour — Dusting, dishes, laundry, sweeping, tidying up
  • ✔️ Deep Cleaning: $20–$25/hour — Bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, appliances
  • ✔️ Meal Prep / Light Cooking: $18–$22/hour — Simple meals, reheating, portioning
  • ✔️ Laundry & Linens: $15–$18/hour — Washing, folding, changing bed linens
  • ✔️ Errands & Household Shopping: $15–$20/hour — Local errands, picking up prescriptions, etc.
  • ✔️ Monthly Household Support Package: $100–$150/month — 4 visits/month, includes light cleaning + errands
